You can bring wristlets, clutches, or wallets measuring 4 inches by 6 inches by 1.5 inches or smaller through all entrances, and they’re subject to inspection. Medical bags and parenting bags are exceptions to the general bag policy but must undergo X-ray screening. Backpacks, coolers, and large totes are strictly prohibited, regardless of content.

The venue’s security team also reserves the right to examine and prohibit any bag deemed unacceptable. This policy applies to all events, so many guests choose to wear clothing with pockets for their essentials like phones, wallets, and keys.

The No Re-entry policy at Grand Casino Arena means you cannot exit to smoke and return. Once you leave the building during an event, you should be prepared to remain outside. As such, visitors who require nicotine during an event should consider alternatives like nicotine gum or patches. 

Recovery Services (Lost and Found)

During events, the arena’s lost and found service at Guest Services is on the 100 level. You can also report any lost items by filling out the lost and found form on the arena’s website. If you use these channels, it’s best to include detailed information about the items, such as color, physical description, brand, and distinguishing features.

If a turned-in item matches your description, the arena staff will then contact you to verify some additional details. Keeping your ticket stub increases the likelihood of recovering lost items and helps you relocate seats. The policy is that unclaimed items are discarded or donated seven days after being turned in. 

As a parent, it’s extremely important to ensure that your children retain their ticket stubs for the same reason. You might also want to take a photo of your seat section upon arrival to provide a helpful reference if a ticket is lost.
