Visitor Guide

Grand Casino Arena provides diverse dining options throughout the facility. The venue offers concessions featuring game-day favorites alongside more sophisticated culinary choices. As a cashless venue, the arena accepts only credit cards and mobile payments.

You’ll find different menu options available at the various locations, thanks to the venue’s commitment to ensuring that everyone can find a satisfying option. Guests with specific dietary needs can visit Guest Services desks for more information.

Alcohol sales, including beer, spirits, and wine, typically end during the third period of Minnesota Wild games. For concerts and other events, alcohol sales may cease around one hour before the scheduled conclusion. Minnesota state law governs acceptable forms of identification for purchasing alcohol and requires a valid government-issued photo ID.

Elevated Dining With Premium Restaurant Experiences

Beyond standard concessions, Grand Casino Arena houses premium dining venues.

Flynt & Kyndle on the RBC Wealth Management Club Level offers a newly renovated space with a refined menu. The 1834 Club on the Old National Bank Suite Level provides luxurious dining in an exclusive setting. The Michelob Golden Light Taphouse on the main concourse, near Gate 4, serves as a casual gathering spot.

These restaurants all feature a chef-inspired menu, an extensive beverage selection, and a great atmosphere. You may want to make a reservation if you plan on attending these premium on-site dining locations.

A Contactless Shopping Experience

If you’d like to partake in some contactless shopping during or before your event, the Wild Market near Section 113 features Amazon’s Just Walk Out technology. Guests insert a credit card or use Amazon One palm recognition to enter, shop normally, and get automatically charged for items they take. This innovative retail experience eliminates checkout lines.

For non-Wild events, closed captioning can be available when requested ten business days in advance. This captioning may also appear on venue-provided tablets, personal mobile devices, or monitors.

Hearing and visually impaired seating is reserved up to ten business days before events or until sold out, so book early. These designated seats are positioned within an acceptable distance of the stage or performance area as required by ADA regulations.

Amenities for Guests With Children

Mother’s Rooms are in the women’s restrooms on the RBC Wealth Management Club Level in section C28 and near suite 54 on the Old National Bank Suite Level. Both rooms feature rocking chairs and power outlets. Guests from all arena levels can access either location by requesting assistance from the Guest Services team members.

The arena’s Tag-a-Kid Program offers free wristbands noting parents’ seat locations for younger visitors. This service helps lost children and parents reunite easily by registering your contact information and seat location on a colorful wristband. Enquire about registration at the Guest Services desks or the Suite Concierge desk.

Young Fans Welcome at Events

Children under two years of age typically do not require a ticket if they sit on an accompanying adult’s lap, but be sure to check your specific event’s requirements. Grand Casino Arena maintains a limited supply of booster seats available on a first-come, first-served basis at the Guest Services desk near section 105.

For select children’s shows, staffed stroller check-in is available at Gate 1. Parents receive numbered tickets matching tags placed on strollers for secure retrieval after events. For other events, guests may leave strollers at Guest Services desks unattended or bring collapsible strollers that fit under the seats.

You’ll find a limited number of complimentary earplugs and earmuffs for children who are sensitive to loud noises at the Guest Services desks. During concerts, noise-canceling earplugs are available for purchase (cash only).

Children should ask the nearest Grand Casino Arena staff member for help if separated from their group. As per the standard procedure, the staff will take any lost child to the Guest Services desk near section 105 on the main concourse.
